Beetlejuice Jr Costumes

All actors will receive a Beetlejuice T-shirt at their respective run-throughs (either April 28th or May 1st).
T-shirts should be worn back for dress rehearsal and performance.

Lydias 1-6 are wearing black dresses or skirt/top combos the entire show, so they just need something to layer these over to performance. Think black tank tops and bike shorts.

Beetlejuices 1-4 are wearing black-and-white striped vests, overalls, jackets, dresses or T-shirts. They each know what they’re wearing and may need to pair with Beetlejuice T-shirt and black bottoms. Reach out if you are unsure.

Cheerleaders 1-5 are wearing plaid skirts with their Beetlejuice T-shirts. Please wear bike shorts to layer under skirts.

Everyone else is wearing Beetlejuice T-shirts paired with black bottoms. Other costumes pieces will be layered over this black base.

Male characters need black pants (actual black pants are preferred over leggings but flare leggings work in a pinch.)
Female characters need black skirts (above the knee) with black shorts under or black skorts.

Shoes:
All actors need black shoes. These can be dance, athletic, dress or boots. Use judgment according to character and pair with appropriate socks or tights.

Hair:
should be pulled back from face and in keeping with character.
Females playing male characters should pull hair back into low ponytails.
Cheerleaders should wear hair in high pigtails with black ribbons if possible.
Beetlejuices 1-4 are wearing a green wig when they emerge from the ensemble - each Beetlejuice has their own
wig cap - so please prepare hair.

Make up:
Please wear make up to the performance - stage lights wash out young faces. A little light foundation, blush, neutral lipstick and mascara. Feel free to embellish make up in keeping with character and the show.
